Designing for your West Knox lot
West Knox County is home to many of the Knoxville area's established neighborhoods and newer planned communities. A custom home here has to fit the lot, the neighborhood's covenants and design guidelines, and local building codes. We start with a custom assessment of your needs and wants and a property assessment, then design a home that fits all of it.
Depending on where your lot is, permits and inspections run through the Town of Farragut or Knox County. We handle the permitting and keep the schedule moving.
HOA and architectural review
Many Farragut-area neighborhoods require plan approval from an HOA or architectural review committee before construction. Exterior materials, colors, rooflines, setbacks and landscaping may all be reviewed. Because our plans are drawn in house, we design to the guidelines from the first sketch, so approval doesn't delay your start.
