What it's like to build with us
Hands-on, small volume
We build a limited number of homes at a time. Alex is personally involved and is your point of contact from the first assessment through move-in.
Tailored to your needs, budget and lot
Every project starts with a custom assessment of your needs and wants and a property assessment, so the design fits your budget and your land. Budgeting is transparent and open-book.
Plans drawn in house
All of our plans are drawn in house, by the same team that builds them, so the home we design is a home you can afford to build. Our design-build process
