Design-Build Homes on Tellico Lake & in Loudon County
From Tellico Village and Vonore to Loudon and Lenoir City, we design and build custom lakefront, lake-view and golf-course homes, with plans drawn in house for your lot, your view and your budget. We take on a limited number of homes at a time, and Alex is personally involved in each, backed by four decades of experience.
Designing for a Tellico lot
Tellico Lake is a TVA reservoir in Loudon and Monroe counties, connected to Fort Loudoun Lake by a canal. The area is known for its lake communities and long shorelines, and for lots that drop toward the water.
That's why we assess the property before we design. Lake communities such as Tellico Village and Rarity Bay have their own architectural guidelines and review. TVA approval is needed for docks and shoreline work. Many lots rely on septic systems, so soil conditions can shape the design.
Designed for community guidelines
Our plans are drawn in house, so we design to community architectural guidelines from the start and prepare the review submission ourselves.
Permits
Building permits run through Loudon County or Monroe County depending on the lot, plus TVA Section 26a approval for docks and shoreline work. We coordinate the paperwork.
